We look after older people for the families who love them. Their information is theirs. Here is what we keep, where it lives and who can see it, in plain words.

This website

• No tracking. We don't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we don't follow you around the internet.
• Everything on the page comes from this site, fonts included, so no other company learns that you visited. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles the connection like any web host.
• The "Talk to us" form asks for your name, your email and your message. We use them only to write back to you. Your message is emailed to us and stays in our inbox; it isn't added to any list, sold or shared.
• The form's human check is Cloudflare Turnstile. It helps stop spam robots and doesn't track you from site to site.

Senior Support

• Their friend lives in their home. Their memories, notes and documents are kept on the small computer in their home, not in our cloud.
• Understanding and answering them is done by the AI services that power their friend, under their privacy terms. It isn't used for advertising.
• Backups go to your specified location.
• Only the family you choose can reach it, over a private network. It is never open to the internet.
• We never sell or share anything about them or your family, and we never use it to advertise to anyone.
